It seems like xerox has changed the download URL. Checksum didn't match for downloaded zip file. Changing the source URL in PKGBUILD to https://www.support.xerox.com/download/116070 solved the problem.

You should use bsdtar to extract the rpm file instead of the useless rpmextract wrapper.
Doing EULA verification during packaging is completely wrong. You have no idea where the final package would be installed, and those installations won't see that.
