Fixed. Now the workflow is the following:
1. Build xorg-server1.10 source package.
2. Install xorg-server1.10-devel split package.
3. Build and install xf86-input-evdev1.10 package.
4. Install xorg-server1.10-common and xorg-server1.10-common split packages.
5. Build and install nvidia-96xx-utils package (or any other driver).
If you don't want to build the packages yourself, you can install the compiled packages from my [city] repo: http://pkgbuild.com/~bgyorgy/city.html

'xorg-server1.10-devel' is built from splitted package 'xorg-server1.10', but to build it you need 'xf86-input-evdev1.10' which requires 'xorg-server1.10-devel'...

It has 'xorg-server1.10-devel' which doesn't exist.
