Oh, I have no idea. I created this package at a time where xf86-video-intel updates were not so often and just stopped updating it when they began coming so fast that a beta was hardly worth it anymore.
By the way, KMS, not DKMS (that's the service for building kernel modules)

So does this version still support non-DKMS setting? Such as for older intel chips such as 830M that don't work properly with DKMS?

I'm not really sure what out of date is supposed to mean here. Yes, it is out of date, but only because the final version has been released. There is no newer beta version that I could update.
