Does this driver also work with SiS662 chipset? I remember I used sisimedia 5 years ago for an embedded system. Maybe it is time to dig out this old board and install Arch. =)

Here's a working config: http://pastebin.com/fqRjzdWY. Place it in /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/. Make sure to update both UseTiming option an resolution to match your screen. See the comment in the config.
