Possibly this problem: https://github.com/udda/multiload-ng/pull/66 Could you please try building with libxfce4util and xfce4-panel as dependencies but without the version check?

I was only able to install the package, when I modified the dependencies: from libxfce4util to libxfce4util-gtk3 and from xfce4-panel to xfce4-panel-gtk3

This package supersedes the xfce4-multiload-ng-plugin-gtk2 and xfce4-multiload-ng-plugin-gtk3 packages, please remove those and install this package if not done so already.
