Looks like xfce4-dev-tools is needed to build version 4.13.3.
checking for xdt-csource... no

How will people who have installed the 4.11 version know this new devel version is even available? The only reason I discovered it is because I was trying to install 4.11 on another computer and found out it doesn't exist. There should be some way for people looking for updates to 4.11 to be directed to this. Is there?

Thanks killermoehre and twa022 for getting this fix in. I was able to transition without issue today. Took me a while to look at this again and see it was fixed.
