So, I just reinstalled this on a fresh arch installation without the symlink and it worked perfectly.

Oh, I see. The issue could be to do with this: svn: E155036: Please see the 'svn upgrade' command svn: E155036: The working copy at '/var/cache/yaourt-src/xiphos' is too old (format 29) to work with client version '1.8.1 (r1503906)' (expects format 31). You need to upgrade the working copy first. After running `svn upgrade` in the working copy for both xiphos-svn and sword-svn, and rebuilding sword, I don't need the link.

Only libglade ;) But I modified the PKGBUILD to build a gtk2 version. I presume you didn't do that, MisterEwok?

You guys that need the ln-command to compile this: does namcap tell you something about missing deps?

I get the same error as shackra. Is there a way to download the winsock.h header somwhere?

gtkhtml4 is definitely checked in the build process.

From the svn log it seems you shouldn't need gtkhtml when building against gtk3 (I didn't check, I built against gtk2 and both gtkhtml and webkitgtk2 were required :( )
