I have adopted the package and brought it inline with the current official repository state. I'm considering switching over to the keyboard mappings from GalliumOS, but would like your opinions on the matter first. Gallium's keybindings are detailed here: https://wiki.galliumos.org/Media_keys_and_default_keybindings, and the patch is available here: https://github.com/GalliumOS/xkeyboard-config/blob/master/debian/patches/chromebook.patch

@dhead: oh noes, seems like GNOME devs removed another functionality, accel maps have been disabled since 3.15.4 ): https://github.com/GNOME/nautilus/blob/master/NEWS

Any way of doing a "Shift+Delete" (to delete skipping the trash on Nautilus)? Seems like the tricky part is that Shift is a modifier, so Shift+Alt+Backspace is not the same as Shift+Delete. ):

Not sure how useful it is, but I ended up updating an older patch I'd stashed from the CR48 days wrt pageup/down & home/end: https://github.com/damianb/dotfiles/blob/master/patches/x11-cr48-arrowkeys.patch

Updates for the previous comment: 1. AltGR+Arrows mapping have been removed. 2. The solution for the problematic apps (chromium, firefox, libreoffice) works well in X, including moving windows between workspaces in Gnome, for more details see https://github.com/dhead666/archlinux-pkgbuilds/tree/chromebook_redirect_key/xkeyboard-config-chromebook 3. For getting the solution in 2. work in Wayland I opened an feature request for libxkbcommon, please support it at https://github.com/xkbcommon/libxkbcommon/issues/18 , when the feature will be added then the solution for the problematic apps will be added to this package.

@dhead666 AltGr (Right Alt) doesn't work for me. How can I get in touch with you for help troubleshooting?
