@aloxaf Applied pull #87

aloxaf commented on 2020-06-28 10:15 (UTC) (edited on 2020-06-28 10:16 (UTC) by aloxaf)

pull/76 didn't work for me: C-q-q will only send a "q". I expect it to send "C-q".

pull/87 works well.

@BlindingDark

I've tested it for week and didn't found any problems, although even previous fix was good for me. So, I'm unsure if this pull request needs to be applied here, because upstream is silent about this. Maybe feature that would be reverted are required for someone?

BlindingDark commented on 2020-05-22 07:33 (UTC)

It seems that the #76 patch does not fix all the problems, see
https://github.com/mooz/xkeysnail/issues/74#issuecomment-625704783

It is said that #87 revert the PR that caused the error, but I have not tested how effective.

@zaza patch needs update https://github.com/mooz/xkeysnail/pull/76/commits/113cc1a55f1c890aa4c711111b33d855e93034fd

@BlindingDark Thanks. That's really serious bug, it even broke my WM modifiers.

I've added patch from that pull request and bumped pkgrel, looks like it works now, at least at first glance.

Bug in version 0.3.0

After upgrading to version 0.3.0, if there is a problem that libjson-c.so.4 cannot be found, you can run:

sudo ln -s /usr/lib/libjson-c.so.5 /usr/lib/libjson-c.so.4
