The website URL has changed from https://webmayo.com/xjigsaw/ to https://xjigsaw.net/

They have xjigsaw (which is freeware but closed-source, has some additional features) and xpuz (GPL license). The open-source version fails to build because it can't find the static version of libjpeg (for some reason). It builds and runs if I let it dynamically link it.
