This probably needs a patch to build with the newer gcc that ships with Arch Linux, since this version of xqf is 11 years old. I would recommend using xqf-git until someone derives a patch that works on 1.0.6.2 or the XQF team makes a new release.

Hi Slash, thank you for maintaining the xqf package (and xqf-git too). Unfortunately the package provided here (from github archive xqf-1.0.6.2.tar.gz) gives an error which I hope can be resolved: (...) collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status (...) ==> ERROR: A failure occurred in build().

Needs gdk-pixbuf-xlib in depends

configure: error: Package requirements (gtk+-2.0 >= 2.0.0 gdk-pixbuf-xlib-2.0 x11) were not met:
