xtensa-esp32-elf-gcc8_4_0-esp-2021r1-linux has update,stable esp-idf v4.3 sitll got this xtensa-esp32-elf-gcc8_4_0-esp-2020r3(In pkgbuild, I see it is 8.4 while your title still 8.2). And about python, I think python3 works.

Can't install, get

8.4.0_esp_2020r3 has been released for stable (4.1)

There is a beta release available (https://github.com/espressif/esp-idf/releases) but I am only going to update to stable releases.
