For the current AUR package xtensor 0.26, the working version seems to be xtensor-blas 0.22

The xtensor-blas 0.23 requires xtensor 0.27. I did not try it.

The xtensor-blas 0.21 and 0.20 (this package, as of writing) fail when compiling, because of the inclusion of "xtensor/xarray.hpp". This is "xtensor/containers/xarray.hpp" in 0.22, which matches the file from xtensor 0.26.

Unlike the xtensor-blas 0.20, 0.22 does not have any problem with CMAKE_POLICY_VERSION_MINIMUM - updating the PKGBUILD only requires changing the version and sha sum.
