I have a problem with backup, when I try to set backup folder I receive message "The backup location is not write accessible" the folder has "drwxrwxrwx 2 youtrack youtrack 4,0K січ 24 11:36 youtrack" permissions. Which permission need to set for the folder ?

No, I believe you have mistaken my comment. I *checked* everything, so here's what I did: - Install the package using: yaourt youtrack - Check access rights for /etc/youtrack and /etc/youtrack/youtrack.conf (both are -rw-r--r-- root root) - Logged in as youtrack user and read file - Check for spelling errors and typos in config and service script - No changes of file contents or access rights were made! I don't know what to do from here.

But you changed the access rights of youtrack.conf?

tgrosch commented on 2017-04-12 14:38 (UTC)

Nope, I simply installed it using yaourt.

Did you make any changes to any provided files?

Hi frederik, I've got an issue concerning the service file. When trying to startup the service, for some reason the environment variables are not replaced: > sudo systemctl status youtrack.service ● youtrack.service - youtrack Loaded: loaded (/usr/lib/systemd/system/youtrack.service; disabled; vendor preset: disabled) Active: failed (Result: exit-code) since Wed 2017-04-12 16:07:40 CEST; 3s ago Process: 26296 ExecStart=/usr/bin/java ${JOPTS} -Djava.awt.headless=true -Djetty.home=/tmp -Ddatabase.location=${DB_LOCATION} -jar /usr/share/youtrack/youtrack.jar ${YPORT} (code=exited, status=1/FAILURE) I did check everything, even the acces rights for user youtrack to read /etc/youtrack/youtrack.conf Can you help me out? Cheers Tobi
