joaquinito2051 flagged yum-utils out-of-date on 2021-06-28 for the following reason:

Yum obsoleted.

This should not be marked out of date. Yum is still functional and the best tool for certain scenarios. Please stop flagging packages out of date because you don't have a personal use for them. Yum-utils 1.1.31 is the latest version of yum-utils. Until a new version of yum-utils is released, please stop flagging up-to-date and functional yum and other yum related packages out of date.

building yum-utils fails with:
