For anyone migrating from Windows. You can migrate old Zalo data from Windows (if you haven't nuked the SSD yet xD) by the following steps

On Windows,

Go to \Users\$USER$\AppData\Roaming
Compress the folder \ZaloData and move it onto your external drive

On Linux,

IMPORTANT: Login to Zalo, then kill the program
Unzip the ZaloData folder to /home/$USER$/.config/ZaloData
Enjoy

This version is similar to Electron. The important function call does not work. If you can extract the latest login API. It will be successful to load the previous old version for Linux (2014 version for Ubuntu). - Dependent: lib32-openssl-1.0 - Hex: wpa.zaloapp.com/api/login/chkUpdate?type=%1&version=%2&imei=%3

it doesn't work on linux, not only Wayland, it's just a port of electron from macOS, and Zalo isn't written entirely on electron, so there will be many features that won't work.

Sync does not work on Wayland.
