@minextu I'm getting an error with the signature:

error: archzfs: signature from "ArchZFS Bot <buildbot@archzfs.com>" is unknown trust
error: failed to update archzfs (invalid or corrupted database (PGP signature))

@minextu I noticed that today (21 April) marks the zfs-linux AUR 4th anniversary - so congrats! However, I also noticed it took from 15 April until 21 April to add support for linux=5.6.5.arch3-1.

During that interim, 5.6.6-arch1-1 was released and has already been out for a few days, so I still cannot install zfs-linux and zfs-linux-headers on my main system due to the kernel version incompatibilities.

Is it possible to automate the zfs-linux AUR rebuild process on your end, so that zfs-linux automatically gets rebuilt upon a new Arch kernel hitting the repos?

Thank you for all your efforts! Cheers

@francoism90 Yes they are in the git repo (https://github.com/openzfs/zfs/pull/9961 and https://github.com/openzfs/zfs/pull/10064), so they should be stable.

@minextu Thanks for updating to Linux 5.6. :)

Is this upgrade stable and safe for daily use? Are these patches already in the git repo?

minextu commented on 2020-04-06 21:11 (UTC)

I added the necessary patches to make it work with linux 5.6

New version of Linux kernel has been released ( core/linux 5.5.13.arch2-1 ) making this version uncompatible

francoism90 commented on 2020-03-30 09:40 (UTC)

Will this be compatible with Linux 5.6? :)

minextu commented on 2020-03-01 21:08 (UTC)

@francoism90 There used to be a separate package for that. See the discussion on why it got removed: https://github.com/archzfs/archzfs/issues/273

@minextu Thanks for the update!

Could you please add your zfs-utils PKG as dep to AUR (e.g. zfs-linux-utils) instead? Current differs a lot and is being provided by someone else, causing issues.
