The source filename needs to be unique. Otherwise, there's no way for makepkg to know it's a new file. See https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/PKGBUILD#Sources.

...Please let me know if this works for you...

Wow! That was fast, thanks. Confirmed, it works in armv7 (raspberry pi 2 and a arm chromebook). I dont have a Raspberry Pi 4, so cant' confirm aarch64

Done, though I can't verify that this works for aarch64. Please let me know if this works for you, thanks!

The developer provides pre compiled binaries, both, for x64 and arm (raspberry pi etc), https://github.com/ajeetdsouza/zoxide/releases.

It should support, at least armv7 and aarch64.

Can you please correct the PKGBUILD so that it builds on the other architectures ( ArchLinux Arm) ? Just like yay-bin does it, https://aur.archlinux.org/cgit/aur.git/tree/PKGBUILD?h=yay-bin .

arch=('x86_64' 'aarch64' 'armv6h' 'armv7h')

or in Zoxide case would be

arch=('x86_64' 'aarch64' 'armv7h')
