You download precompiled binaries.
So you must rename your package to amdvbflash-bin and add provide=("amdvbflash=${pkgver}"), conflicts=('amdvbflash'), replaces=('amdvbflash<=4.104e) (or what ever will be the last version of prebuilt amdvbflash that you will provide here).

This version of amdvbflash only supports GPUs up to Navi 2x, if you manage to find a source that provides a version with support for Navi 3x, let me know.
