I think that it was added because autogen.sh needed it in the past. But it doesn't seem necessary anymore, so I've removed it right now.

Is the dependency to
dh-autoreconfreally necessary? I'm wondering because building the library for other targets doesn't require it and it also pulls three further dependencies.
