ham.packet-radio.net SSL cert has expired as of 11/23. A manual change of PKGBUILD source to http://linux-ax25.in-berlin.de/pub allowed package to build successfully.

I've updated this package to pull from ham.packet-radio.net so it should be working again.

The canonical source for this package has changed the URL is correct in this patch:

Archive available at https://ham.packet-radio.net/packet/ax25/ax25-tools/ax25-tools-0.0.10-rc5.tar.gz. Checksums seems to match, but keep in mind this is MD5, so can not be really trusted.
