Pushed 2017.2 and remove the linux 4.11 patches, tested for linux 4.12.

We still working on one patch to be send upsteam, so everybody in the freifunk-community need this in their setup: https://github.com/freifunk-gluon/gluon/blob/master/patches/packages/routing/0002-batman-adv-introduce-no_rebroadcast-option.patch Would be nice if you can add it permanently until we manage to fix it upstream, like the decrease maximum fragment size patch. :) Best regards Ruben
