Hey folks! I'm contributing to this package now. It now includes a fork of minecraftd that allows management for multiple servers, broadcasting on the proxy when something gets suspended, and more.

The basic usage is bungeecord servername command, you can create as many servers as you need, just create a folder and .conf file under /srv/bungeecord/servers. (Use the included proxy.conf as reference).
