I'm since last week (calendar week 6/2023) with the developer of Cecilia in contact, beacause of some malfunctions of the program. The developer has made some bugfixes, thus the program runs without any problems again.

This package broke at some point, is basically no longer supported by upstream, I no longer use it and I wasn't able to get it working after a short attempt, disowning.
