Upstream URL could be https now as well :)

A secure download isn't strictly necessary for AUR packages, since the hashes in the PKGBUILD guarantee the integrity of the sources. I will change it anyway.

Dist downloads are now available over HTTPS, so the source link should probably be changed to https://downloads.ceylon-lang.org/cli/$pkgname-$pkgver.zip instead of http://downloads.ceylon-lang.org/cli/$pkgname-$pkgver.zip
