zhixi thanks a lot for researching this!! You are right. Modifying grub-customizer is a better option.

@balwierz Thanks for comment. grub-customizer will read folders in /boot/grub/themes and recognize them as themes(Debian and many other distros do in this way), while ArchWiki'example put the theme folder in /usr/share/grub/themes.
I was confused about where to put when I wrote the PKGBIULD, when I try to pyt it in /boot/grub/themes, namcap warns me. So I asked in the forum for help and I was told that it's not recommended to put files in /boot for secure issue.

grub2-theme-archlinux put theme in /boot/grub/theme but it's last update time is 2015 and although it has name 'theme-archlinux', it' in AUR, not in community.

It seems that most of theme packages since 2017 put grub theme in /usr/share/grub/themes. and packages in the community and extra repository such as grub-theme-vimix , breeze-grub put the theme in /usr/share/grub/themes ,see: https://archlinux.org/packages/community/any/grub-theme-vimix/files/ https://archlinux.org/packages/extra/any/breeze-grub/files/

Both grub-theme-vimix and grub-customizer ' package maintainer is Felix Yan

Maybe to have a patch for grub-customizer add add path support for Arch is better, I will try to contact Felix Yan later.

Sorry for my poor Engilsh, hopefull I explained it clearly

Great theme! Could you add support for grub-customizer? I believe it is enough to put the theme somewhere in /boot

just like other grub2 themes such as grub-theme-vimix, to enable this grub theme, edit /etc/default/grub and set GRUB_THEME="/usr/share/grub/themes/Cyberpunk/theme.txt"

You may need to run

grub-mkconfig -o /boot/grub/grub.cfg

to update your grub setting
