Hmm... flatpack move some libraries to /var/lb/flatpack, I return libgee and libgranite, but easyssh now say "undefined symbol: granite_services_application_set_badge_visible", what I have to do?

Why you write full lib names to dependences? I make libgranite.so.6.0.0 -> libgranite.so.5 and program is working!

You have two checksums listed, but only one source file which is causing an error when makepkg run.
