aur/expac-git 8.1.g5ae006f-1 -> 3.9.g7a73405-1

It seems the history has been totally erased?

armv6h also works well

Can you elaborate on the ignore-arch option? Have the same problem but cannot find any documentation on what to do about it. Alternativly, can we just get armv7h added?

Could you add "armv7h" to the arch array? It compiles fine. I'm using this indirectly on my Raspberry Pi through aurman.

EDIT: Maybe not necessary, using aurman/makepkg's ignore-arch option works.

Building with default makepkg CFLAGS (including -pedantic and -Werror) produces the following build warning (warnings treated as errors): expac.c: In function ‘format_optdep’: expac.c:143:11: error: ignoring return value of ‘asprintf’, declared with attribute warn_unused_result [-Werror=unused-result] asprintf(&out, "%s: %s", optdep->name, optdep->desc); ^ cc1: all warnings being treated as errors make: *** [expac] Error 1

'expac "%n %P" -Q' spits some garbage (weird characters) along with the info I requested: ... xvidcore xz ؚ Õ youtube-dl zathura zlib [karol@black ~]$ ?1;2c^[[?1;2c^[[?1;2c or e.g. ... xvidcore xz * Ø* +% youtube-dl zathura zlib [karol@black ~]$ ?1;2c^[[?1;2c^[[?1;2c As you can see, the garbage characters change from one run to another. The errors are present also for other packages, the above is just an example. perl is super-weird (it has a ton of provides): perl p33ø>°0 È3à3l@i 4848ôò p44··U À4Ø4à/87 5(5Á ^ `5x5JmÞ °5È5©= H6X6¯u[ 6 6\ Ø6è6:æú 707' ½ h77ÁBÝ6 À7à7}âà 808B¡ h8x8ÊL °8È8ºBí® P9h9Ò-:- 9À9B"mú ø9:fÖ؂ H:`:-é¼ :°:.4u è: 8;X;¦[ ; ;<D¼ Ø;ð;ÓÞS@ (<@<=LC x<<BÊØ À<Ø<%D = =ÍÐp X=x=ô °=À=ï)¾ ø=>0) H>h>Yvb >À>,ÁHm ø>?£ÜnÁ P?p?¼åU9 ¨?È?÷5 X@x@O҃ °@È@óW® PAhA©£¨ A¸Ag(°d ðBÉ6_ @B`BSç B°B®遍 èB 8CPCÕ"lÛ C C ØCèC;éþh D0DDéþh hDD«¤Û~ ¸DÐDþ1¯ E E$ C XEpEØ6ò~ ¨EÀEgX® øF'sÁ @FPFֺe F F±iô, ØFøFÐF*å 0GPGOý¸× G Gà`N» ØGøG?½} 0HHHÖf´ H HHl ØHðH,ï" (I@I©Qí xII܉$ ÈIàIj¶?
