please replace in build file:
go get
with
go install -v github.com/Sean-Der/fail2rest@latest
otherwise buggy

Added go as make dependency, as pointed out by @omano.

I think it is missing the 'go' dependency for building. On my side it fails on prepare() because of that, maybe you can add it.
