git needs to be added to makedepends to build in clean chroot.

Should also add libxnvctrl to depends. Even though program builds without it, features will be missing when users build in clean chroot. Library displays a warning when nvidia gpu is not present, which is harmless.

I have updated the master branch with some changes that should avoid the use of this header when libxnvctrl is not available.
