Please kindly add options=('!lto') to PKGBUILD. Linking fails if LTO is enabled.

Package updated by dropping the libx264 dependency, sorry but I was unable to fix the x264 issues.

Any help is appreciated.

You had a bad trustdb, now the signature works fine.
