Instead of building this yourself, please use the repository from https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=117157.

Not only do you skip the very time-consuming builds, but the published package also has debug symbols at Mozilla's crash reports service, which helps tremendously with finding or filing bugs for any crashes you get.

I consider this the canonical firefox-nightly package for Arch Linux.

Every time I try to install this package, with paru or by running makepkg I always get this error :

I've also try to simply clone the repo manually, and I got the same error.

I was wondering if other people have enconter the same error and if not, I may have to oen an issue with mercurial, I guess.

Yes, it's built for Arch and now needs glibc 2.38.

Today I'm getting this error on Manjaro, is this something on my side ?

/usr/lib/firefox-nightly/firefox: /usr/lib/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.38' not found (required by /usr/lib/firefox-nightly/firefox)

(glibc is 2.37 on my Manjaro system)

Hello, it has nothing to do with a build - today's one went smoothly - anyway, firefox always crashes when I'm trying to print - as soon as I hit Ctrl+P or I invoke a menu item. Does anyone know a possible problem or a way out?

It seems to work now.

Adding a repository without signatures is quite a safety hazard.

Rust from rustup is using LLVM 15 but our clang is still at LLVM 14.

You currently need to use rust from our repository to build this, until Arch has upgraded to LLVM 15.
