freetube fails to start with the error:

SOLVED: needed to delete ~/.config/freetube

@Kr1ss I'm actually using Firefox :) but installing that addon completely glitched my Firefox and made it unusable; I could barely get to the Add-ons settings, disable it again, send a SIGTERM signal to firefox, restart and then actually remove it again.

So I don't recommend others to do the same :_)

@aeseru I think that would depend on the application where these links are clicked. For example, if you're a Firefox user, there's a dedicated addon.

Not sure if there's a way to configure a global redirection though. Maybe there's some mechanism like a specific MIME type ?
