Thank you @wakamue , Fixed the directory name. Also @tywygu : the issue you mentioned was also fixed from the source, changed the binary from gip to getip.

In PKGBUILD the line cd "${srcdir}/${pkgname}-${pkgver}" needst to be changed to cd "${srcdir}/${pkgname}"

Regarding @horga83's comment, this package has renamed from gip to getip.

This package has a name conflict. The GNOME IP calc app has been around for years and is called gip
