There is an error on install "goland-eap-jre":

rsync: link_stat "/tmp/yaourt-tmp-mohammad/aur-goland-eap/src/GoLand-192.4787.18/jre64" failed: No such file or directory (2) rsync error: some files/attrs were not transferred (see previous errors) (code 23) at main.c(1189) [sender=3.1.3]

Yes, I see that. From time to time Jetbrains declares stable builds as eap. While doing that those """eap""" builds are NOT available under the well known eap url but under the url the stable releases are available.

Don't see why we should have two packages with the exact same content. Also users tend to use eap to test wanted features and then switch to stable when that certain features hits stable.

The build from this package gives a build expired upon startup. i.m.o. this means that this package is out of date. The link takes you to a download of the previously mentioned version number... Do you think they are removing EAP editions entirely for goland?

2018.1.1 build 181.4445.70 is the current stable release. Please use the goland package for that since it's not a eap release.

freswa commented on 2018-02-07 11:07 (UTC)

Sorry, that's fixed now.

The upgrade fails for me:

In [1] you should rename the application to something like "Goland EAP". If you install both "goland" and "goland-eap" they're hard to distinguish
