Removed the gnome-shell hard dependency. Please note that this theme was created for GNOME 3.30 (not by me). I just tested it with plasma, seems good so far.

Can you please remove the gnome dependencies? I like to use it in plasma, others maybe in xfce. Gtk2 and gtk3 as dependency is fully enough.
