Why subversion is a makedependency, if now this pkgbuild relies on git?

@dseg please settle with the gpy-git package maintainer the merge. the gpy-svn package name is wrong and gpy-git package name is more appropriate.

@Morfeo the gpy-svn package is really older and more popular while this package hasn't any votes and created just a couple of days ago. I think it will be more appropriate if you leave the gpy-git package to @dseg the maintainer of gpy-svn package so we can merge gpy-svn into gpy-git package.
