@yochananmarqos Alright, I have removed it from the repository. Thank you for your assistance!

@jbouter: No, as long as the license is installed with the package--which it is.

jbouter commented on 2021-01-31 10:11 (UTC)

You mean it doesn't need to be in the repo?

yochananmarqos commented on 2021-01-30 22:21 (UTC)

@jbouter: Licenses that aren't included in /usr/share/licenses/common/ should be installed, yes. The license is already included in the tarball, so there's no need to upload it. Your forgot to remove it.

Thanks, I have updated the PKGBUILD and .SRCINFO as per your recommendations. The example I had chosen for this AUR package apparently wasn't such a good one.

I get all of the changes, except no longer passing the LICENSE file as a source in the PKGBUILD and SRCINFO. I thought that was mandatory for licenses that require their own LICENSE file.

Improved PKGBUILD. Please see Python package guidelines.

Aw, sorry to take the work away from you :-( It took some changes on the repo itself as well (adding a setup.py). Once they are merged, I'll update the files to reflect the original repository.

Nice work getting this uploaded so quickly! Thought it could be my first AUR package, but you beat me to it ;) Will test
