Please use mvn to compile from source

Sha256sums are still failing. If I run updpkgsums on the repository it fixes the problem.

The new sum for the ij153 file is: 1ebcc34bd3568f2799bed1832f3ddb4d8e962f02bf002ef18b29d00813482155

If you could update that it would be really nice.

@mschu I can confirm this works, many thanks. pamac gui users can navigate to <Preferences><AUR><Clean build files> to achieve this.

@mschu My bad, I cleared my building directory and it worked. Sorry about that. Thank you very much

@CrimsonHemlock Please make sure you clear previously downwloaded, I just checked in a clean dir and it worked fine

Got this error when trying to update today: ==> Validating source files with sha256sums... ij153.zip ... FAILED ij-1.53f.jar ... Passed imagej.sh ... Passed imagej.desktop ... Passed microscope.xpm ... Passed ==> ERROR: One or more files did not pass the validity check! Failed to build imagej

It seems that the sha256 hash for ij153.zip is wrong or has changed. Thanks!

Seems like the checksum for ij152.zip changed. Could you pleas update it? Thank you.

In case anyone wants to try out v2: imagej2. Should be installable alongside this package.

aliencam commented on 2018-04-13 21:57 (UTC)

Package dependencies should be for jre8-openjdk, or something other than java-runtime because ImageJ does not run with jre10-openjdk. on my recently installed arch system I originally only had jre10-openjdk, and it fails until installing and setting the default environment to jre8-openjdk

I notified upstream also: https://github.com/imagej/imagej/issues/195
