I get this error when I compile on 5.8.6-1-MANJARO:

java8-openjdk-shenandoah/src/jdk8u-shenandoah-aarch64-shenandoah-jdk8u262-b02/jdk/src/solaris/native/java/net/PlainDatagramSocketImpl.c:44:10: fatal error: sys/sysctl.h: No such file or directory

And I don't want to edit the sources of this package.
