Please change "pkgrel=3" to "pkgrel=4" in PKGBUILD.

Hi @BrainDamage, jupyter-gnuplot_kernel is installed /usr/lib/python3.9/site-packages/gnuplot_kernel instead of /usr/local, we can check with yay -Ql jupyter-gnuplot_kernel or looking inside tarball. Sure, is better set explicit the prefix.

hello,

the package misses a --prefix="/usr" directive in setup install which makes it default install to /usr/local which violates the packaging guidelines
