@dreieck can you please explain what is the issue? I just git cloned https://github.com/kaikramer/keystore-explorer.git to /tmp/keystore-explorer, replaced source to git+file:///tmp/keystore-explorer, disconnected my machine from network, so it is completely offline and the package did build just fine. So for me, there is nothing wrong with it.

//edit: oh sorry, the issue is that it's downloading gradle, which in my case was already present. I get it now. Lemme see what I can do about it.

//edit2: If someone could test updated PKGBUILD, it would be great.

This is unfortunately how upstream suggests building it. It honestly took me some time to make it work at least this way. I will see, if I can somehow make it better. I can surely do the building in prepare() and in build just unzip what was "prepared". But makes no sense to me. When I get some time, I will dig into that script and investigate what it actually does and what resources it just downloads. Thanks for suggestion.

This package's PKGBUILD downloads (big amount of) stuff during build():

==> Starting build()...
Downloading https://services.gradle.org/distributions/gradle-6.4-bin.zip
......................................................
[...]

This must not happen.

Can you please rework the PKGBUILD such that everything needed to build the package is present before build() executes? Use source-array, use dependencies, use prepare() of nothing else helps.

No internet connection must be assumed in build() and package().

Thanks for maintaining!
