it looks like a job for a patch

by now i finish building the package with a simple "sudo ln -s /usr/include/mysql /usr/include/mariadb", its an ulgy solution but for now it solve the problem for me.

same error "Could NOT find MariaDBClient (missing: MARIADBCLIENT_INCLUDE_DIR) "

manual adding the directory seens to fix it (30% and still compiling here)

-DMARIADBCLIENT_INCLUDE_DIR=/usr/include/mysql/ \

@abayoumy - You want that enabled. Build in a clean-chroot.

abayoumy commented on 2019-02-05 05:15

Thank you i just change -DENABLE_MARIADBCLIENT=ON to off and it's build fine

graysky commented on 2019-02-04 20:53

@Kr1ss - Fixed. @abayoumy - I cannot reproduce/builds fine. Try building a clean-chroot.

Hi @graysky, thanks for the update ! Looks like the checksums aren't quite up to date :

==> ERROR: Integrity checks (sha256) differ in size from the source array.

After updating the hashes, the package builds fine.

And libnfs is not optional.

@M-Reimer - Right, I said that.

M-Reimer commented on 2019-01-26 17:48

As long as Arch itself defines curl as "non-default" (see at the massive "required by" list here: https://www.archlinux.org/packages/core/x86_64/curl/), I think you should add it as dependency.

And libnfs is not optional. I tried to install the new Kodi on my HTPC (which has very minimal setup and so doesn't have libnfs installed) and Kodi doesn't start up. Throws error that "libnfs.so.12" cannot be opened.
