I think you should add a dependency on the "linuxsampler" package (in community) which is needed if you want to play SFZ the default way (i.e. not opting to use Carla to play SFZ).

If linuxsampler is not installed then you will see an error logged if adding a SFZ to a patch:

LscpEngine: Error occurred running Linuxsampler process: execvp: No such file or directory

Not having linuxsampler is fine if you don't want SFZs to be played using it - either because you're using Carla for that or you're just playing sf2 files. It could be suggested as an "optdepends" if you want to cater for that scenario but I think 99.999% of people wanting this would want the default behaviour (of using linuxsampler to play SFZs) to work.
