@gdolle: please either fix the permission of the filter in the PKGBUILD as ixeft suggested below, or disown the package.

When sending a print with a Bizhub C308, the jobs fails with «Filter Failed»
It can be resolved doing :
as root

While the upstream URL listed seems to work, the URL listed in sources (https://o.cses.konicaminolta.com/file/Default.aspx?FilePath=DL/201806/07062011/IT5PPDLinux_1100010000MU.zip) does not respond.
Manual download yields the following URL, although I am not sure if this is helpful.

EDIT: Using the link pasted directly above, I was able to use makepkg. The driver downloads correctly and works.
