Just tested. The package builds fine with me.
AUR packages requires you to have dev packages like make installed. Therefore it's recommended to install base-devel by "pacman -Sy base-devel". Alternatively you could just install make like "pacman -Sy make" but it's not recommended as you could end up missing other packages for building.
