satyr needs a bump.
And with 2.17.x there are no python2 bindings as it seems

Updated to libreport-2.7.2-1. Does that fix your build issue?

I can't build on Manjaro, may be the same on Arch. No package 'libsystemd-journal' found. You can add the line : sed -i -e 's/libsystemd-journal/libsystemd/g' ./configure on line 23 before the ./configure call to resolve that.
