Apologies for the late reply. I would rather stay with the defaults in backends/platform/libretro/Makefile.common. If you are unsure: Putting "export USE_CLOUD=1" directly above "make all" should work.

Thanks for this. Currently building on Aarch64 since the community repo version is way out of date.

Small suggestion but do you think it would make sense to package a version with USE_CLOUD=1 for cloud saves? Depends on libcurl and openssl.
