There are multiple fixes:

Added git repo to sources=()
Corrected license: COPYING files are GPL v3
Automatic pkgver
Patching in prepare()
Can't find any references to UVCVIDEO_INCLUDE_PATH in CMakeLists, so I removed it. The package still builds
Added git to makedepends per PKGBUILD VCS package guidelines
