Flagged Out-of-Date Comment: libxml2-2.9

MarsSeed flagged libxml2-2.9 out-of-date on 2024-04-09 (UTC) for the following reason:

Provides=libxml2 is wrong, it should be removed. It confuses the AUR and pacmam, and lets someone remove the main libxml2 if libxml2-2.9 is installed. It will break many things in that system.
